API Deprecations and Version Migration

You run helm upgrade and it fails immediately:

The chart hasn't changed. You didn't touch the manifests. All you did was upgrade the cluster from 1.15 to 1.16. Now the release is stuck. Helm can't even compute a diff because the stored manifest references an API version that no longer exists.
